- Where do you operate?
- Nationwide. Seller opportunities depend on coverage in your states, and we confirm that before you pay.
- What counts as a qualified seller?
- An owner we reached by phone or text who confirmed they own the parcel and is open to an offer or wants to talk about selling. If one falls short, we credit it.
- Why limit seats per state?
- So the owners we send are not getting offers from everyone on the platform.
- Do I have to book a call?
- No. Start free with no card, or pay online. 30-day refund on paid plans.
- Who gets the 90-day promise, and what counts?
